パースの街のど真ん中にある、いわゆる、ビジネスホテルです。

Pros: 建物が意外とどっしりとした造りなのでしょう、静かです。
パースの中心にあるビジネスホテルです。ショッピングなどには便利です。 ゆったりとパースの空気を満喫したい方は、むしろスワン河沿いのホテルなどがお勧めでしょうか。パースは小さな街ですので、街のはずれからでも中心地まで歩いて行くこともできます。また無料のバスが頻繁に走っているので、それらを利用するのも便利です。ご自身の旅の目的に合わせて選ぶホテルです。

Central location with fantastic new bar

Chose this hotel for the location and was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms have been refitted and the restaurant bar is new and fabulous. Valet parking cheap and easy, staff lovely.

Excellent stay with minimal disruption to us despite refurbishments going on at the time of our stay. We ordered room service for dinner, and the food was wonderful. I would particularly like to thank Sean who was on the desk both when we checked in and checked out, he was very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Hotel is under refurb which we were not told upon booking. The whole front of the hotel is boarded up. Noise from builders woke me up early on Saturday morning after long flight Friday night, not happy. Also no bottled water in the room, they said its charged, however they did end up giving me a bottle foc after I complained. Stayed here in March and it was ok. Good location for business meetings in Perth CBD, but check the building work is finished!!

Perth City stopover.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close proximity to the central shopping area, the night clubs and the theatre/convention centre is a short walk.
My wife and I came up to Perth to go to a concert at the Convention centre. The hotel is currently being refurbished. Don't let this put you off!! The staff were very friendly, from the front desk, to the bar and restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant was superb as was the breakfast the next morning. Our room had recently been freshly painted and the bathroom fittings were brand new. A pleasant room with all the facilities required. My wife has just recently returned from a week in Singapore, staying at the Holiday Inn Atrium. Her comment was that the same friendly service experienced in Singapore was evident at our very own Perth City Centre Holiday Inn. A great stay and will be going back again.

Small rooms cost a lot.

Gym off site and not stated on website. Hotel under refurbishment and not stated Mini Bars empty you have to have room service Rooms are poor value for price.

As you mentioned the hotel does not have a gym in the building, however we do provide guests with free passes to Goodlife Health Club in Brookfield Plaza or over the weekend in Murray Street, these facilities have the full complement of equipment and classes and are within a five minutes’ walk from the hotel and have convenient opening hours for the busy traveller. Access passes and more information are available at the Concierge desk. In regards to the mini bar, the hotel does not pre-stock the mini bar as we offer guests the choice to tailor their own mini bar using our “Make Your Own” mini bar service (available 24 hours) which offers guests the opportunity to use the mini bar fridge as they please. Right in the CBD

Pros: Location is excellent and staff were friendly and welcoming.
Location: Right in the centre of the Perth CBD, on the doorstep of the Hay Street mall and in the vicinity of many local bards and restaurants.
My wife and I had a great time at the Holiday Inn, we were visiting Perth for a function and this was just around the corner. We had to visit some shops before hand and the Hay Street Mall was a minute up the road. The room was clean and modern and the staff were friendly and welcoming. This will be our destination of choice when visiting Perth.

Bad start to our visit. We were checked in by a sour faced Asian male front desk person who took forever to check us in. Very lukewarm in his welcome especially when compared with: 1. his Australian counterpart next to him who was welcoming, cheerful and attentive to the needs of the couple she was serving 2.the friendly and helpful concierge who helped us with our baggage.
