I always say a smile costs nothing but it is worth a thousand dollars. When I arrived at the front desk I found the staff were very off hand. Normally I would expect the first thing they would say is “Welcome to Fraser Suites.”
There were no smiles and no welcoming words or any attempt at conversation.
Our stay was for two nights, when we arrived back on the second night we found the bed had not been made and the room had not been cleaned.
This situation arose because we had the “Do not disturb sign on.“ The cleaning staff left a note for us to ring a number and advise when the room was available. We did this, a woman answered and said it would be actioned, but to no avail.
The night staff sent up towels but we had to make the bed. Not good enough.
