Outstanding Service, Stunning Apartment and Views

Pros: Everything ... my review says it all
Location: Pete Evans' Heirloom Restaurant on the ground flor is well worth the dining experience ... I'd recommend for dinner as the ambience is more intimate.
Well this review is one I write with absolute pleasure and still with a smile on my face ... so here goes. Fi & I have travelled relatively extensively globally over many years but we must say that the service we received at Fraser Suites East Perth was as good as we've experienced anywhere in the world. Right from the very first moment I spoke by phone with Robyn prior to check-in, everything was seamlessly smooth & effortless. On arrival Robyn greeted us at reception and was so very professional and pleasant it was refreshing to come across a very personable and legitimately caring person that wanted to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible ... Robyn personally assisting Fi with luggage to our room whilst I parked the car was simple but very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. My request for a room to maximise the view of Perth was certainly granted, but I somehow think Robyn already knew we were to be seriously impressed by the view ... so thanks again Robyn (and also for the complimentary bottle of wine & delicious chocolates). Our one bedroom apartment had stunning 180 degree full length window views of both Perth's river and across to the darling escarpment hills region from both the bedroom and the living room. Spacious serviced apartment

Pros: Space.
Cons: Overall service. There were blackouts for half an hour each day for 2 days for some upgrades and it was inconvenient.
Location: Location was OK with some good restaurants nearby.
I stayed with here with my Daughter on a short 5 day holiday while visiting relatives living in Perth. Space was good. The hotel is slightly outside the city centre but with easy access. Good breakfasts. Overall OK.

Nice hotel close to the city

Was here for a work trip. The suites were fantastic. All the modern touches and comfort one could need. Staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Smooth check-in and out. Very nice breakfast...limited selection but very well cooked and presented.
Cons: Ditch the show home furniture.
Location: Location very good if you are not looking for a short walk home after a night out. It suited us and Uber is very accommodating.
This hotel is very nice; contemporary, modern, friendly and just a little bit impersonal. The furniture is Hobbit-sized, but reasonably comfortable.

No accountability

Called ahead 40 minutes to the hotel before checking in at 5pm. I was told the carpark had plenty of spaces. Upon arrival I was told that the carpark is now full. When I asked how many people have checked in in the last hour; I was told "quote a few" then when asking how many car spaces there are in the hotel I was told "it's quite limited". After being told to park in the alley next to the hotel as an "alternative" I was fortunate to find a space. Until the following day where my passenger side door was found to be scratched to the metal. When informing the hotel and asked if there were any cameras to that side of the hotel, I was told "no. It's very rare for anything to happen around here". Yes; that certainly helped the paint on my door.

We loved every minute of it ! The pool, spa, sauna, staff, room, food, cleanliness, absolutely everything! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful trip with the Family. Kids were fascinated with their own bedroom. Facilities in the suite was good.

Overnight stay

Noisy air conditioner possibly directly outside room(?), hard to get to sleep. Could hear other hotel guests every time they left or entered their rooms; no in-house movies. Good check-in, had to park own car and got slugged $30 for the pleasure(!) An okay stay, but not somewhere to stay if you want to spoil yourself.
