Close to city centre, within walking distance.

Posted 19-Oct-2016
Pros: Modern fittings
Cons: Service, friendliness of staff (especially at the front desk).
Location: Shopping at the factory outlets (Watertown), eating at nice restaurants at Northbridge.
Staff at reception were very mechanical and lacked warmth. Room was spacious.

Great service but a couple of annoying features

Posted 30-Sep-2016
Pros: I felt the staff really made an effort to make you feel like a valued guest; they were all friendly and helpful and attentive.
Cons: As stated above, the hotel bathroom and bar room
Location: Opposite Perth Arena; close to nice bars and restaurants. One stop from the main railway station on the (free) yellow cat bus.
Excellent service. Only let downs were the bathroom (which seemed to be designed by people who like open plan designs - bathroom noises go through the whole hotel room and privacy is minimal - not recommended for people who don't know each other well staying in the same room) and the bar area, which had lounges that were difficult to sit in for any length of time. Food was good; not too pricey compared to the places nearby. Staff were friendly; really put the effort in to look after you (more so than most hotels I've been in recently). Apart from the lounges, the bar area was OK, with plenty of meal choice, though probably not so great if you had young kids.

Pros: De ligging dicht bij alles
Cons: De ramen beter isoleren
Location: Goede start om de stad te bezoeken en men kan bus of trein nemen om verder te reizen
Goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel . Recht over de perth Arena .

A Central Location

A great place to stay in Perth. It is strategically located - transportation is easy, places to eat nearby, and shopping a walking distance away. On top of that the hotel is great, with friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Misa at the front desk and Dennis at the concierge were most welcoming and helpful when we were checking in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, very clean. Location was great, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping areas.

Great Location

Posted 14-Sep-2016
Pros: I like the beds they are so comfortable.
Cons: Noise reduction.
Location: Spot on for city and sightseeing activities
Great location for the purpose I needed however there were a few things missing from the room plus there was a lot of noise from other guests. Also they charge you $6 to deliver food to your room. The room service prices are inflated for this reason without adding an extra charge !!

Value for money.

Pros: Good room, helpful staff, good buffet breakfast.
Cons: Concession parking.
Hotel lacks parking facility. Bed rather too firm, otherwise great room.

Pros: Staff very good, room clean and comfortable, good size room.
Cons: The bedside lighting is not good enough for reading. Needs a stronger globe. Didn't really like the car parking arrangements .
Is centrally located, need to add $22 per day for parking and WFI fees.

Pros: Good location.
Good! Entry card did not work at first go even though it worked in the elevator.
