Nice hotel close to river

Nice room. Very clean and spacious. Had club lounge pass, was worth the money, great view of the river! Room service was great and staff super friendly

Would highly recommend this hotel close to the CBD very friendly and accommodating staff. We were upgraded to a Club Suite upon arrival very unexpected much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros: 部屋での快適さ。 街の中心部から少し離れているので、夜は落ち着きます。 食事がおいしいです。
Cons: 私は特にないと思いました。
Location: 周辺は大きなホテル多い街です。 スワン川の近くでロケーションはいいです。
部屋の快適さは大満足でした。特に隣の部屋や廊下の音が気になる事もありませんでした。 パースは基本お店が閉まるのが早いので、ピナクルズなど観光に1日必要なスケジュールを入れてしまうと、帰ってきた時間にはもう周囲のお店はだいたい閉まっています。 そこで困るのが食事です。若干物価が高いと感じていた私だったので、ホテルのレストランは高いんだろうなと思って覚悟をして入ったら、思っていたほど高くありませんでした(あくまで私個人の感想です)。 そしてとてもおいしかったです。私はワイン、ビール、パスタを頂きました。 ホテルのすぐ近くを通るスワン川を散歩してもとてもいいと思います。 パース駅近くまでは歩いて行けます。 キングスパークまで歩くのはちよっと遠いです。 少しゆっくり滞在される方にはぜひおすすめのホテルです。 スタッフの方もとてもよく気がつく方が多かったです。本当にお世話になりました。

オーストラリアのホテルが全般的にそうかもしれませんが、サービス精神が感じられないホテルでした。 深夜のチェックインでしたが、ポーターは勿論いなく、タクシーで到着した後、荷物は自分で部屋まで持って行くことに。 部屋の設備は古く、浴室はシャワーヘッドが固定、歯ブラシはリクエストしないともらえず、勿論 日本の衛生放送も映らず ビジネスホテル並みでした。 朝食は毎日同じで、6泊したので飽きてしまいました。10:30まででしたが、10:20に行ったところ、露骨に嫌な顔をされて、あと10分だと念を押されました。 観光客より、ビジネスマンの利用の方が多いようです。 立地は比較的中心地まで歩ける距離で便利です。

Location: The hotel is central to Perth City
We had a thoroughly enjoyable 3-night stay at the Duxton. Our room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great Hotel close to Bell Tower and other sites

Pros: Location, staff, water-side views
Location: Close to Bell tower. Be sure to take a Captain Cook cruise!
Wonderful staff that go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfort In Style.

Pros: Large comfortable rooms, Big bathroom, Club Lounge and pleasant but not intrusive staff.
Cons: Nothing that comes to mind.
The Duxton is one of Perth's great hotels. From the pleasant greeting of the concierge at the front door to the efficient room staff nothing could be faulted. The double club room that was booked was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was almost as big as some small hotel rooms with all that you needed. By booking a club room you also had access to the Club Lounge, a private getaway with free drinks and tasteful nibbles each evening. Breakfast was also taken in the lounge. With helpful staff offering virtually whatever you wished to request. The comfort and style of this hotel is pretty close to unmatched in Perth. Well Done to All at the Duxton!

Convenient location in the heart of Perth City.

Pros: Location
Cons: Ensure items (including details to toiletries and coffee/tea, cups/glasses,etc) in room tally to no. of persons staying.
Location: Elizabeth Quay and King Albert park are nearby. shopping is within walking distance on Hay & Murray Street.
Concierge staff was helpful in providing directions and offer ideas for activities which we appreciated. However, certain details on the housekeeping part were not taken note of. There were 3 persons in the room but the glasses for use in the bathroom and water drinking were not arranged for 3. We informed the reception of the shortfall (Day 1) and only coffee mug was increase to 3. On certain days, we needed to remind for top up of the toiletries. There was also an occasion where we enquired about the "heated" pool in the hotel cause we thought it was "closed" before the closing time. The reception gave us the "look" that we should know to tap card to enter thru the gym although there was no prominent sign to say so. We stayed a total of 5 nights in this hotel.
