Nice hotel in the heart of the city

Posted 29-Sep-2016
Pros: Location of the hotel
Cons: Hotel staff services and breakfast menu.
The hotel stay was comfortable enough. Hotel cleanliness was satisfactory till last but 2 days when the staff did not do the services properly. Though it was a a no smoking hotel people were found smoking in the hotel premises. Breakfast menu was same for all the seven days we stayed.

Short 3 night stay visiting friends.

Posted 02-Sep-2016
The hotel was recommended to us by friends newly resident in Perth from the UK. Visiting family and friends had previously used it and it was also featured in our UK travel agents brochure. The standard was good throughout and whilst perhaps not a leading Hotel brand it was very good value, in a good location for exploring the city and the waterside. The staff were helpful throughout and we would not hesitate to when next visiting Perth.

Very Convenient Location.

Posted 30-Aug-2016
Pros: Bus stop is just not 3-5 minutes walk. Easy access by taking Transperth Green Bus to Perth CBD (free only), to Airport, Fremantle and other locations.
Location: Nice view of the Swan River at the back of the hotel. Can walk to Perth CBD. Convenient store just nearby (for muslims, there is Rice Supermarket).
Check in time is at 2.00 pm but we reached hotel in the morning around 8.15 am. The lady staff with the name of Ms. Tay was so nice and friendly. She checked if there is any available room and allow us to check in straight away.

Very convenient location

Posted 09-Aug-2016
Pros: Location and friendliness
Cons: The bathroom had a step up into it and even though there was a sign on the door - watch your step - you do tend to forget and catch your foot.
Location: Within walking distance of Perth Concert Hall and Supreme Court Gardens.
Check in was easy and pleasant. My room on the 5th floor was easy to find and was as I had requested. Only problem was that my balcony overlooked a building site. But these things happen and it was quite interesting to watch the crane and the riggers construct what looked like a lift shaft and cage. The food service is excellent - you just ring and order and then they ring you back when it is ready and you go down to restaurant area off reception and collect your meal on a tray and bring it back to your room. There is cutlery and table and chairs and tea making facilities in the room. Nice to eat and relax.

We were very happy with our stay at Goodearth.

Posted 08-Jul-2016
Pros: Was not flash like some but good value for money and very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Close to the CBD and not far from bus stop. Walking distance to Swan River
We had a larger than average room which had a kitchen, table and chairs, a lounge, and of course a comfortable king size bed. The room was perfect for our needs.
