The room had torn curtains We had to use another room for showering due to our room not having hot water in the shower - VERY AVERAGE!!!

Great place to stay very clean and central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problem was regulating the shower. I would definitely stay there again.

I didnt like the fact that the lady checking in before paid paid a lower price for the same room.
Then the parking was terrible where we had to walk down 4 flights to get to reception. Wont be going back!!!

Good value for money, would recommend to anyone visiting Perth on a budget. Friendly staff, good amenities and well-maintained. Very good location in East Perth, walking distance from the CBD and a short cab ride to/from the airport.

Was outdated but clean the lift wasn’t working when checked in so six flights of stairs with bags wasn’t good. Bed was comfy

Shower was difficult to adjust, too hot or cold, but i know if we had been staying more than one night the lovely staff would have rectified the problem

have stayed here a few times and we were given a room with no microwave and no bottled water provided. sheets appeared not very clean and also the tv was in french (could not work out how to change it back to english)

Secure parking was good, questionable characters lining the streets outside not so good. Great little Thai place just up the road but was hassled for cash by street people.

Good value and a decent room, but not much for the facilities at rhis hotel. The laundry machines went working properly and the breakfast setup was pretty limited. The staff was very friendiy and helpful, though.

The staff really made this hotel shine. As a flight attendant I stay at many hotels and while the metro is quite basic the staff are outstanding. The Fijian lady that checked me in (apologies for forgetting your name) was a real star. I can’t remember the last time I was welcomed into a hotel like that, keeping in mind I check into five star hotels a 3 or 4 times a week. I hope the hotel takes care of you all as you are the reason people will come back. Thanks again

The bed sheets were very dirty, not sure if they change the sheets after each guest, in general the hotel is in poor condition, doesn't worth the price
