There is even a washing machine and iron. Lift access. 50m to FREE CAT bus, walk to shopping, restaurants, the Swan River, or the vibrant entertainment area of Northbridge.

There is no onsite parking at 12 Victoria Avenue Perth, however there is FREE street parking between the hours of 6 pm and 8 am, otherwise street parking is $5 per hour. Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the complex. Cheaper long term parking is available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace around 150 meters from the complex(Around $50 a week, can be booked on line). You can book a bay online with any of the parking providers and early bird deals are available.  
  
Perth City has a large numbers of skyscrapers and high rises, but its modern architecture is complemented by the many inner city public parks and the Swan River that runs through it. Perth also has a buzzing restaurant and bar scene which is not to be missed!  
Transport: CAT buses provide a free, frequent and wheelchair accessible bus service in the city, operating on red, blue, yellow and green routes. The Free Transit Zone (FTZ) allows you to travel on other buses within the City of Perth boundaries, without paying a fare.  
Things to note: Elizabeth Quay, Perth Arena, Kings Park & Botanical Garden, Central Park, Jacob's Ladder.  
Located in the Perth CBD, two City blocks from the amazing Swan River foreshore and Elizabeth Quay or stroll to the main shopping Malls of Murray and Hay Street. 50 meters from the Perth City Transit system (CAT) which is a free hop on hop off bus that takes you to everything Perth (4 different routes). 0 meters from the Perth Mint, close to the Royal Perth Hospital . Surrounded by restaurants and pubs, close to Concert Hall, WACA, walk to the new Optus Stadium. This studio offers a hotel feel. Newly renovated updated kitchen area. No parking on site - paid street parking or paid parking garages within walking distance.  
  
Lift access takes you to the second floor pad. Location is so important. This beauty is only 50 meters from the free CAT bus or walk to shopping malls or vibrant entertainment area of Northbridge.  
This is brand newly renovated, well appointed studio and is comfortable for two. The perfect base to get out to see beautiful Perth and its surrounds. You really don't need a car to explore Perth, the FREE Cat bus system takes you all over, 4 routes to all things Perth. Take a bus up to Kings Park, enjoy the breath taking views of Perth and gain an understanding of the City layout, the botanical gardens are also in Kings Park showcasing our flora and an "in the trees" glass high-bridge walk.  
  
Free CAT system to all things Perth or any bus in City is hop on hop off for free  
The red cat bus stop is located 64m from the property and is a 1 minute walk away. The Red CAT travels in an East-West loop from Queens Gardens in East Perth to Outram St in West Perth and is convenient for Kings Park, city shopping, the Perth train station and east Perth hotels. Central Area Transit (CAT) buses are free!  
Perth Bus port is also located right next to the Perth Train Station, here you can hop on a train which will take you on the Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland or Thornlie lines - very easy to access parts of Perth!
