The room we booked into had a very uncomfortable bed. It was extremely hard, the pillows were almost flat and had a terrible first night with no sleep due to the bed.
I advised the staff next morning and requested a change of room. They said all the beds were the same but showed me another room. the bed felt slightly softer so I moved to that room. they said they had no other pillows with any more fill that the ones we had but did offer to see if they could get one from a sister hotel. They were able to get better pillow.
This hotel did not live up to my expectations of Rendezvous and was very disappointed.
Note - I do like a fairly firm bed but not rock hard.
