"Nice hotel near to city and with free bus service"
The hotel overall is good but the bath room is a bit old and the glass door not really cover the whole bath tub causing the floor to become wet after shower. Wifi with free 100MB service is not really a good service. It does not state clearly when I book the room on Expedia, else I will consider some other hotel with unlimited Wifi service. Some of the hotel staff at reception not as friendly as they should be.

Very good location in the central business district close to a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafe's and also handy for the free CAT bus, train station and the theatre. Excellent value for what is an expensive city for hotels. The hotel is being refurbished which it needs as our bedroom/bathroom was a bit dated. However our room was spacious, clean and mostly quiet from external noise (although we generally found Australian plumbing in hotels to be rather noisy compared to European standards). The hotel could benefit from a better choice of eating options and better leisure facilities (there is no pool although guests can have access to an off-site gym). We couldn't fault any of the staff who at all times were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
The country's fourth largest city and booming capital of Western Australia is sprawling, but downtown Perth proper is bounded by the Swan River and the Graham Farmer Freeway and easily covered on foot. Museums, galleries, shopping malls, and pedestrian precincts characterise the CBD, while parkland wanders along the riverfront. The downtown area also encompasses East Perth, a former industrial zone now converted to residential streets, and Northbridge, a restaurant and nightlife hotspot that is also home to Perth's Cultural Centre.
