"Dark, dank and in an unsafe part of town. I left after one night. The room was small and dark and the only window looked out into a wall. Everything was old and I couldn't tell if it was clean. Restaurant had only a limited menu--not the items that are listed on their website."

"There were previous guests hairs in our shower? The outlet under the thermostat sparked, there were ants all over the window area. We stayed 1 night and moved hotels. Parking is extra but they try to scare you from using the FREE street parking by saying you could be ticketed, towed and its at your own risk. It’s public free parking and even the hotel parking lot is at my own risk. That felt very deceptive. It’s not convenient to much when there are hotels all around the inner harbor area "

"When we arrived there was karaoke at the bar and the front desk person recommended crab cakes and we were all IN. Great Pineapple Mojito and Watermelon Martini as well. Watching the karaoke made the evening fun. Friendly staff all around and they made everything pleasant. We stored bags and had a nice day walking the Inner Harbor. A great stay"

"Did not have the room we reserved available. The 4 of us had to share one queen sized bed. The AC was also broke. Our room was 83 or hotter the whole time. "

"I’m mainly giving this review a 3-star because of the lack of accountability held by the staff/managers for the group of students who were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors, shouting, etc until probably 3 am. After listening to it for hours, I finally called downstairs at 12:30 am and told them what was going on. They said “we’ll handle it, we are sorry”… and then it continued until probably 3:30 in the morning. Our family was stopping in Baltimore for a one night stay as we drove home from South Carolina to NY and were just trying to get some rest so we could continue our drive in the morning. We spoke to someone at the front desk, they were not of help. We called and tried to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting and were going to return our call, 2 months later, still waiting on that call back. As an educator who has chaperoned plenty of overnight stays with groups of students, I’m also disappointed in the staff/faculty who were clearly not paying attention or didn’t care that their students were behaving this way. Not cool. "
