Fabulous position, great views. Complete lack of available information for guests. Reception weren’t in anyway unpleasant but on check in I was just handed a key and told which room. Once inside there is nothing other than basics about food and spa opening times, no offer to book dining times etc. The QR code takes you to a useless page where you click on spa, restaurant etc and from there you’re told to phone them or try and engage in live chat. We asked staff about menus and were told they’d be hanging on the wall somewhere else. Just smacked of minimal effort.

Stunning hotel inside with views to die for. The basic rooms need a window clean as could barely see out of the glass and some black mold appearing but the hotel has a wonderful vibe and I will return.

Amazing one night stay to celebrate my birthday. Fabulous room with sea view & double monsoon shower. The spa is exotic with wall to wall sea views. We ate in the restaurant and had one of the best meals we’ve ever had - like a Masterchef meal. Would highly recommend

Special anniversary stay.
What a lovely time we had at Bedruthan. Everything was excellent, especially the card and bubbly for our celebration What a nice surprise...many thanks. Spa was so relaxing and the pool too! Food was very nice. Our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, waking up to the spectacular sea view. We both loved our short stay very much indeed.

nice place to stay, quite a few electric charging points which is handing. My only gripe is the total lack of phone signal ( when its a business trip, not the best) and they only do evening meals on certain days (not the day I was staying) so that was a bit of a pain to order out..

Booked as a birthday treat. The hotel had amazing views, and the breakfast was wonderful, though this is charged as extra. The evening meal was average, and expensive for what it was. The bedroom was ok, but the bed was very hard and too uncomfortable for us. But the noise! The room walls were so thin we could hear the conversations of the guests next door, and every creak of their bed. The guests upstairs could be heard walking on the wooden floors. We became conscious of this and had to creep around our room to minimise our noise. We were then woken around 6am by the delivery lorry which was parked outside our window for around 45 mins, engine running, crates clattering, noisy conversations. Not great for a lazy lie in on a Saturday morning. We managed around 3 to 4 hours sleep both nights. On checkout we mentioned this to the receptionist who kindly offered a partial refund of the considerable cost, which was a welcome gesture.

A relaxing stay
A very welcoming team and a relaxing stay. I made brief use of the spa, which was a great bonus. The bar meal was ok, but I regret not opting for the restaurant, which looked great. Breakfast had good options, although I only went for the continental, as there was plenty to set me up for the day. The room and bathroom were a decent size and very comfortable. Just what I needed to rest and recharge for a night

Huge disappointment
Booked for special occasion and telephoned 2 months in advance but no record of this. Surly reception. Put in 2 box rooms with no air conditioning in hottest September on record with 2 large elderly dogs. At the prices charged such rooms are unacceptable. In fact they haven't emailed my receipt as agreed. Nice concept but hasn't kept up with the times. Building is in need of basic repair. Restaurant hugely disappointing both food wine and service. The cafe was probably better. Lovely location Great yoga classes

Really didnt enjoy my evening meal Bbq ribs were tastless not barbecued probably steamed so white and tastless the sauce was awful no bbq flavour at all just insipid tomato Would prefer no dogs in the restaurant customers were letting them sit on furnishings and not being adked to remove them

V Nice Hotel with excellent views and good Service. Rooms a little warm in the summer months as not air conditioned but great facilities and comfortable beds . Loverly bar and restaurant areas all with superb sea views.

We had a lovely staff, room were ok/good. Amazing food, spa was great, lovely views, friendly & professional staff. Overall a fantastic weekend away. The front of the Hotel (outside) could do with a huge spruce up, certainly doesn't give a great first impression!

Birthday stay
Had a lovely stay for a birthday. Fantastic service staff were all excellent. Food at the ogo was delicious. Some parts of the hotel are showing their age in corridors. Views are beautiful. I really can’t praise all the staff enough they make the hotel a really friendly, chilled and welcoming without being too much.

Second visit as good as the first.
This was our second visit and it still did not disappoint. Often when you return to somewhere the things you loved are gone and a place looses its charm. We still felt special guests nothing was too much to ask. This time there was a delicious bakery. We took some delicious treats home with us for our family. Breakfast is incredible, so many delicious items avaible.

Absolutely tranquil.
fantastic place to unwind. i took a single room, and was surprised at the large bed. bedding was clean and fresh, and lovely touches like fresh milk and cookies in the room made it all the more special. the spa and use of the wet area are included, and gave me the perfect opportunity to unwind after a hard week. views from the front of the hotel are amazing, and the more energetic person can go out and walk down to the bay. The hotel is environmentally conscious and this can be seen in both the menu ingredients and drinks. would definately recommend

The weather was wonderful which made the stay even better. I want to express my gratitude to the staff. They were remarkably friendly and helpful. The only slight criticism I have is that the main dishes in the Wild Cafe were rather expensive given that they did not come with any sides which cost an extra £5

The room faced onto nearby bungalows and the car park. Whilst this in itself wasn’t a problem, the issue for me was that the net type drapes that other rooms had were not present in our room. This meant having to keep the curtains closed all day. This made the room pitch black because the curtains were blackout lined, and it also prevented air flow in this heat. Additionally, I booked a twin bed room for my daughter and I, but was given a double. When I queried both issues with the staff, I was told that the room I had was all that was available.

Brilliant, relaxing hotel
Fantastic relaxing break. Hotel is great for relaxing, it’s quiet and spacious, with comfortable rooms and great service. The outdoor pools and spa are in great condition, the food is great and although expensive (£15pp) breakfast is a phenomenal spread. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break by the sea. The village the hotel is located in is quiet, with 4 or 5 places to eat, and the beach is a 5minute walk
