Extremely well-located for the train station BUT remember to exit from the rear exit not the main Ville exit!
From the apartments, you go through the station to get into town. There is not much of note around the apartment block but there is a Lidl (relatively short opening hours of 9h - 20h, closed on Sundays) just down the road which, as the apartment has a kitchen, is ideal to pick up an evening meal. There are also some food outlets in the station itself such as Bchef
You may also wish to get food for breakfast - the breakfast offered is quite expensive at 12.90€. Ibis Budget, for example, charge 8.50€ for a superior offering with more choices and pain au chocolate which haven't been squashed flat!
Tv worked fine but channels like Canal+ are encrypted in the evening so unavailable
Wi-fi was good
Their eco credentials are everywhere yet the kitchen sink does not have a plug!
All in all, a good very central place to stay with facilities that a hotel doesn't provide
