"Value rooms in perfect position to explore Perissa"
Greeted at midnight by Marina who showed us to room 1 next to the pool and gave us some info about the area and where to head to eat. Typical basic Greek style room but with great bathroom.. Shower cubicle with doors! Kettle and fridge but not full self catering facilities so check out other rooms if this is important. Fantastic pool with jacuzzi section. Location is 2 mins walk to main road, bakery and supermarket and 5mins in other direction to the beach. This was the better end of the beach for me as much quieter and close to Perivolos for a change of scene. Great value for money and helpful friendly owners. Book it and prepare to relax in paradise!
this is the 2nd time we have stayed in this family run hotel - the beach is just right across the road so you don't have to walk anywhere. the rooms are clean with fresh towels everyday and the staff are friendly and willing to help you. the pool area and loungers are good. food and drink in the bar area is good and reasonably priced.
Bf and I stayed here Feb of '14 because it was dirt cheap and we wanted to see the beachy side of Santorini. The hotel room was decent sized, as well as the bathroom but the water flow was very weak, and water got all over the floor. The kitchenette is a hot plate with a few dishesn cutlery, plus mini fridge. The pool area looks awesome but we couldnt use it in the winter. Wifi doesnt work in rooms, dont bother. Overall probably ok if its cheap during the summer but you will freeze to death in winter as there is no ac or heating apparatus.
I have stayed on many Greek island in self catering accommodation so am quite used to 'Greek' rooms. The room itself was fine, 3 single beds, not extra charge for air con (bonus) and a nice large balcony. The bathroom was basic, the shower didn't have anywhere to hang it so you had to hold it above your head all the time, the water pressure was so low at times i couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my hair. the bin for the toilet paper didn't always get emptied and there were a few cobwebs. The owners have a bakery next door and you get a cheese and ham toasties, bread and cake every day for breakfast. The road outside has no footpaths so was quite dangerous to walk along at night where motorbikes don't always use their headlights
Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent The room was cleaned on a daily basis and anything we needed or asked for was fulfilled as we wished. Hotel provided cups and kettle to request. Staff was always very helpful and polite. We asked for a room with sea view and as soon as became available they were willing to swap the rooms for us. Food very tasty and always fresh. Most importantly beach just in front of the hotel!!! Overall we were very happy and pleased with our stay and definetely would recommend this hotel.

Clean budget studio with simple accommodations. Exactly as described on the site. Cleaned daily. Close walk to Perissa beach. Manager's English was very limited. But enough to direct us to various places we asked about. Very friendly, even called our taxi for us for our departure.
With a seven-kilometre stretch of black volcanic sand backed by tamarisk trees, Perissa is the budget end of Santorini. It offers low-cost hotels, rooms and apartments, tavernas and cafes, and a campsite. Late-night beach bars lie far away from the village, avoiding disturbances from the music. Local buses serve Akrotiri archaeological site, an ancient town buried by lava from the volcanic explosion 3,600 years ago.
