This hotel was actually a good hotel. Friendly desk check in staff, quiet, near Bellevlle metro, easy access to m2 line to get to famous sites such as The Eiffel tower and The Louvre. Clean room.
Cheap and affordable, near a McDonald's for a late night treat, and also near markets and cafe's.
Only con was that the bathroom is outside of the room and at night going back and forth can really suck. The shower was pretty decent, But I suggest shower shoes.
This is a basic hotel in a good neighbourhood if you're looking to get away from the tourist crowds. The area is easily accessed from several Metro stops and there are many trendy restaurants & bars around. The guest rooms are walk-up and, provide everything you need although, can be a bit noisy. I'd recommend this hotel for the location and savings.

This hotel is located in a trendy district of the north east of Paris. It offers soundproof rooms, and free Wi Fi internet …More
Well placed for the Metro and next to a large shopping centre. The single room was very small and sparse, almost like a prison cell, and the tiny bed was a little too small for me. But it was fairly clean and an OK place to spend a night or two, although I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended period. Right next to a busy flyover although the noise wasn't obtrusive. TV had no English-language channel. Breakfast was continental-style and quite adequate.
Very nice Hotel about the reception, the staff, the cleaniness of the room and big it is! The breakfast awesome and the manager so cordial and the customer service always at your disposition. The rapport quality price is well deserved!
Hotel well centered at the periphery of Pte de Montreuil, close to everything. I will recommend this hotel to everybody and I will get back there for my next trip to Paris.
Recommended, near metro, half an hour away to the Eiffel Tower, free coffee/tea/hot cocoa from 12PM to 6AM, can use breakfast room to eat food from outside w/ use of microwave. Have internet café/bar. Staffs are very helpful in navigating the city. One street away from open market selling goods from fruits to dry goods like a farmers market and flea market combined.
Would stay again if I am in Paris.
