### Panoramic Apartment for 4 Guests

Elegant independent apartment in a large villa, with a panoramic patio and garden overlooking the Gulf of Salerno. It features one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped masonry kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The spacious living room includes a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, heating for the winter, and Wi-Fi. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a terrace with barbecue, a covered and open-air patio, and a panoramic garden with century-old oaks and a sea-view lounge area. Free parking available.  
From June 1 to September 30, guests have free access to a beach umbrella and a parking space at a nearby beach club (up to 4 guests). Additional guests must pay a supplement. Pets are not allowed at the beach facility.
