I was hired by another party who made the reservation. I saw young men hanging around outside exchanging something for cash. A man and women were in a terrible fight next door and I called the desk twice. The second time police were called. I have asked that I lodge somewhere else next time I am hired. They need a security guard

Did not like the checkin, and had no idea the property would require walking up dirty stairs with our luggage. I use a cane and would never have booked a room here if I had known that. Room seemed clean but water leakage in the bathroom and edge of wall under sink. The neighborhood was fine and easy access to the interstate.

The bedding was clean. The bed was rock hard. The tub and baseboards were dirty and the toilet seat was stained (needs to be replaced). There was what looked like dried vomit on the door to enter the room. And the TV was not even close to 50".

The door to the room has obviously been bashed in more than a few times. Hammered back into shape. The toilet started running at 4 am. The carpet was stained but there wasn't debris. The bath fixtures were clean.

The room was not looking like the pictures on the Expedia and every other hotel booking app. The sheets/mattress was dirty….the sink was clogged up…no iron or iron board…low voltage in the room so it will take all day to charge your phone…flies in the room…good location but you can tell some weird people are actually living in the room also. This place needs major upgrades and amenities.

Didn't like the kiosk check in. I am 75 years old and had a hard time understanding the young lady on the kiosk. If it wasn't for the nice people at the desk i would of had a much harder time.

Safe and convenient.
This hotel is at a very busy intersection of major street though town and the interstate so you will have some noise, all rooms having an exterior entrance. Over all property itself well kept and pretty quiet, several restaurants very close also adds some traffic noise. Room would use some updating but clean and not broken down. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year and never had a problem.

No kiosk at check in
1st of all I had to check in on a Kiosk which took twice as long there was 2 people at the counter that could of checked me in a lot quicker if the hotel industry is coming down to using a Kiosk I will figure out other options and I alway put a note when I make a reservation that I need a ground floor room because I’m handicapped unless they have a elevator and I was told my room was on the second and there was no note on my reservation so I had to do the stairs which was hard

The self checking take 45 minuts , womah talks can understood pllus them have to finish with the clerk horribly and ask for $2.00 change for do loundry they say have to change $10.00 ridiculous.

Dear Rosa,Thank You for your comments. First, we apologize that your self check in took longer. On average, our Kiosk is able to check in our guests in under 2 minutes. However, our area has experienced several Internet outages due to Comcasts working on upgrading the internet lines. Additionally, the self check in is a option as we always have staff around to help you in manually if you prefer! Yes, you should have been able to get two dollars in change, and we have addressed that issue! I hope you have a better experience on your next stay to the area! Respectfully,

The hotel is a typical budget friendly hotel. No frills, but not a lot of let down either. Clean sheets, bathroom, small fridge and microwave. Ample free parking, relatively safe feeling, well lit. I did have an issue with the AC not turning on, but the night attendant who checked me in moved me to another room after failing to fix it himself and calling his mgr.

Absolutely gross
The room was not the room we reserved, we reserved a king size ADA room as we travel with a baby and had our show dogs with us and wanted space to set up our porta crib and crates. Instead we were put in a room with two full size beds, we are 6 foot tall people and couldn’t even lay on our backs side by side hardly. We asked why and we were told they didn’t have any king size available even though that’s what we reserved weeks prior. We moved on bed to be able to set up the crib and there was multiple dirty cups and toothpicks on the floor, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold, we were double charged for our pets, we definitely will not be staying again. I spent over an hour just cleaning to insure the room was clean enough for our baby. The staff didn’t care at all and basically said sorry about your luck. There are way better hotels in the area, we had hoped this one would be a good one as we travel to Peoria 4-5 times a year. Nope, we will be returning to the Motel 6 in the future.
