Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Entrance hall with storage, large living room with fireplace (first fire free), fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, one bedroom (1 queen-size bed), separate toilet, shower room (walk-in shower), laundry room, and pantry. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed) (1 single bed with baby equipment), shower room (walk-in shower and toilet). Outside: 40 m² terrace, large 150 m² gravelled courtyard with parking, and 150 m² private grounds. In Penvenan, in a residential and relaxing environment, this vacation home welcomes you comfortably in an elegant and harmonious atmosphere. Here everything invites relaxation, the living room with its beautiful fireplace, the superbly equipped kitchen, the well-sheltered terrace facing south. A few hundred meters by a small path, you will reach the beautiful beach of Port Blanc and its sailing school. It is truly an ideal location for discovering this magnificent coast and the Buguéles Islands. If you like hiking, it's perfect, the panoramas are splendid and vary with the tides along the GR34\. To the west, you can easily reach the Pink Granite Coast with its emblematic seaside resorts of Perros-Guirec (14 km), Trégastel, Trébeurden and the famous village of Ploumanac'h. To the east, head towards Paimpol (25 km) and the pier for the Island of Bréhat (30 km), the Island of Flowers. 11 km from Tréguier, a pretty town of character. In Penvénan, very close to the Dunes beach, a beautiful, cozy and comfortable place to discover for your next vacation!
