Dale and Debbie are over the top in the host department. One of our group has a lot of allergies, and they made sure that the room she was staying in was completely scent free. Everything is spotless, the beds are comfortable, kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and if we need anything or have questions, the responses are timely. Just be aware that there is one fairly long set of stairs, and no elevator. Property was lovely, location perfect, amenities amazing and hosts could not have been nicer! Our party of 5 (grandparents, parents and 2 year old grandson) had everything we needed. Condo had high chair, playpen, toys, books, stuffies, toddler dishes and cutlery, wagon….perfect for families with little ones who are flying into town and limited as to how much equipment they can bring! We loved our two week stay at Grandma’s Elephant Hideaway! Location was perfect - very close to the beach, restaurants, amenities. The building was quiet and neighbors were friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was neatly placed for easy access. A small but appreciated touch was the abundance of USB Outlets for keeping all of our devices charged. The elephant theme was fun. We even counted them (101) and voted on our favorite. The size was perfect for our group (2 couples, 1 single). We would definitely book this spot again! ##### Kim R. Four of us came to Penticton for a week long bridge tournament. The condo is about a block from the playing site - ideal. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for pretty much everything. Great spaces for socializing and sitting around chatting. The weather didn't cooperate so we didn't use the deck much, but it is spacious and comfortable too. Deb and Dale were so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. I have stayed at many nice VRBO rentals, and I have never before seen such attention to detail and to make us feel as welcome as possible. The grandchildren we a little louder this time as it was one more and the next time we come, there will be another one. Everyone enjoyed your home, which allowed us to have an actual Christmas Day.
