Communication with host was excellent. Unit was well stocked, including a beach umbrella and other beach items. View was awesome. Only very minor complaint was that the liquid hand soaps in bathrooms were very watered down. Would definitely stay in this condo again if we come back to Portofino.

Great stay with love how clean the unit was - amazing view! Also just the fact that they have the small basics you need for the trip and do not have to go shopping for weird things like trash bags , dish soap, or even beach towels. They have the placed stocked!We will stay with them again!

Portofino Island is beautiful place to be. Ocean and bay views, plenty of swimming pools and restaurants right on property. Our condo was nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was fully accommodating, condiments appreciated. Very clean we enjoyed our time there. I recommend staying there.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The listing was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager communicated very well and was very responsive to any questions. This trip was one of the best I haves experienced. The condo was everything I could have hoped for. Down to the smallest details, it was amazing. Another Trip in Paradise!

Second year in a row in this beautiful condo! Literally lacks nothing. Location, view, cleanliness, stocked well, nice decor, comfy beds, etc etc! We had one MINOR issue with working the TV and got a call back within five minutes of asking about it. Mary is the best! Highly recommend this condo. We will be back again next year!

Easy and convenient

We love the portofino for our annual girls’ trip. While some of the things we loved about it are no longer available (food and drinks delivered to the beach)we still enjoy our time there. This unit was clean, comfortable and was well appointed. The extras were appreciated! Tower 2 is our favorite and we plan to return!

The property was exactly as pictured! Beautiful gulf view with the most perfect sunrise! Very clean, well stocked, appreciated that we did not have to purchase extras like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, etc like some others we’ve been at. Perfect location, nice quiet resort with plenty to do, beautiful warm pools, well maintained beaches. We liked that it was further out from the β€œstrip” as we were there during spring break for a family vacation which it definitely delivered that for us! No rowdy spring break crowds and plenty of room on the beach for everyone! Portofino staff were top notch, always saying hello while walking the property and making sure you truly felt welcome! Mary was fantastic, calling right after we booked giving us tips and recommendations for restaurants and things to check out. We had a couple days with cooler weather and she was right there sending us a good morning message with suggestions of what to do for the day. She was quick to respond when we were looking for a specific meal and very honest that what we were wanting is very much a β€œnorthern food.” We cannot thank Mary and the Portofino staff enough for giving our family the perfect beach vacation! We will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this unit a few times as well as other managed my Mary. The extras provided make her rentals better than any other. Detergent, plastic bags, slat and pepper, beach towels and chairs,etc. Those things are small but make a difference. Property is always clean and comfortable; we were even allowed in earlier than expected. Top notch! We will be back. .

Perfect at Portofino!

This was our second time staying at Portofino, and it was just as wonderful as last time. Mary was fantastic to work with! She is very responsive and helpful about any questions one has. The condo unit was immaculate, and the view is gorgeous. Check in was simple, and the entire property was beautiful, peaceful, and properly maintained. The condo itself had everything one needs for a relaxing vacation, and it has such pretty decor. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again!

Portofino Condo

The property is one of our favorites. We've been here about 10 times in the last 15 years. I wish some of the condos would update appliances, the outdoor grill and some of the outlets to include USB or USBc plugs. The oven especially because it takes so long to cook on the stovetop & the oven. The condo itself was very clean and very nice but just would like some modern updates.

Everything as described and expected

I’ve stayed at the Portofino several times, but never at a unit that was as well-stocked as this one. The unit had plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, pots/pans, cooking/serving utensils, and ever some foil/food storage wrap. We found this to be very helpful throughout the week. The unit was very clean and orderly when we arrived, and check-in was easy. Check-out was also easy and fast. Mary was very easy to communicate with, and she checked in once or twice during the week to make sure everything was going well. When I had a last-minute change to my guests who were staying, she gladly told me the (very simple and easy) process to change that information. Very pleasant, very convenient stay. Will certainly book with them again.

Amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young boys, 6 and 9. We all loved this unit so much! The view 😍 when you first walk into the door. We spent much of our down time out on the balcony watching the waves and playing games. Kitchen was well stocked, as was everything else. The beach extras were a perk, especially the beach toys for the kids! Having a pool at the base of the tower was quite nice, too, after a long hot afternoon on the beach. Everything in the unit felt cozy and very clean. This was our first time in Pensacola and def not our last. Highly recommend the boat shuttle from Portofino to the boardwalk! Great way to get out on the water and not have to park at the boardwalk. Enjoyed the best food at the Grand Marlin, Sidelines, and NOLA cafe!! Thanks again to Mary for being a great host!!!

Everything about this place was outstanding how clean it was. location, how nice everyone was Mary the representative for them was outstanding she explain and answer all questions I asked.The condo was furnished with everything the best we ever been to ,we will be going back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great location, we have never stayed in this tower before and loved the location. The view is incredible. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was hands down the best host we have ever had. Very quick to respond and gave great recommendations. We will be coming back to stay in this unit again.
