Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This wonderful unit has a coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit B406 has been professionally designed with comfort and style. Decorated in wonderful shades of green, blue, and yellow this unit radiates charm. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory for access to all Waterscape amenities. Please note: ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities. ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access. ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants count toward max occupancy regardless of age ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay ● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are lost or not returned at checkout. ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands ● Wristbands are not required for beach access We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. We could see dolphins jumping out of the water as we had our coffee in the balcony. Elevator access with this unit made getting to the beach quite easy as well. The unit was clean upon arrival. We had plenty of linens to carry us through the entire stay. I would strongly recommend Waterscape through Vacasa. The booking process is very quick and easy. Communication about your booking from start to finish is very thorough and all the information you need for your stay is on the Vacasa app or in the text messages. This is the second time we have booked through Vacasa and will continue to book with them. Clean, nicely decorated, bedrooms were big, master bath was enormous! Everything was exactly as we hoped!! Beautiful view of the Gulf!! Spent most of our time either lounging poolside or at the beach. If you have kids, they’ll never be bored!! Check in and check out were a breeze! Perfect for kids and great location right on the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room had a great view of the ocean which we also loved. Location of the room itself was also very ideal, close to an elevator that takes you right down to the pool area and beach. Only feedback would be the floors were pretty dirty to the point where our feet were black and I felt like I couldn't walk around barefoot. The toilet in the master bathroom also would not flush, so that was a tad frustrating for the week. Other than that, no other major complaints with the room. Great view of the beach and ocean. Things that we did not like, how small the bunk room was, no tv and only a curtain for door. The tv in the living room did not have good quality sound and had to be operated at the tv. The Roman shades on the windows were also inoperable. Those things could be improved, however overall, it was a nice place to stay on our family vacation. ##### Shea S.
