The hotel was clean and the room was clean as well and smelt good. However during my stay my room was not attended to by housekeeping at no time. I had call for towels and garage collection every morning.

We found a mascara wand in the bed sheets which obviously means that they weren't changed from the previous guest..... No complimentary breakfast. Even the cheaper hotels provide a free breakfast.........I won't stay there again.

The Lady at the front desk (maybe Mama D) took such good care of me - I checked in on 11/23 and was frazzled. She was great. Both transportation drivers (evening of 11/23 and EARLY morning of 11/24) were GREAT!!!

Property is ok. Typical monopolized hotel chain. Expedia states pet fees are $50, but they are $75 at this hotel. Excessive for a one night stay.

Sherese (front desk) was so kind and nice to us which really made our stay even better! She answered all the questions we had, even remembered that we were here for a wedding and asked about it! Kelli was a great bartender. A few other staff memebers in the front were not as friendly as them! I am rating this stay 4/5 simply because breakfast buffet was an additional cost. With the price staying at a Hilton, it should be everywhere that breakfast is included. This is my first Hilton thus far that I have had to pay for breakfast. Other than that, the shuttle service was wonderful, staff mentioned above were fantastic, and we enjoyed our stay!

Sofa bed was not in room on arrival. The staff apologized for the oversight and was quick to bring a pullout bed at no cost. Breakfast buffet was included and the staff there was excellent.
