Inn at Summerwind unit 305 is a beautiful 3bed/3bath located on the west corner of the building. It has a spacious wrap-around balcony providing amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 305 has a King in the master, a full in the second bedroom, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room and is great for large families. A flat-screen TV and DVD player in each room allows for winding down after a relaxing day at the beach. the free WiFi allows you to connect with, and brag to, friends and family back home. The Inn at Summerwind boasts 3 pools and hot tubs for all guests, as well as a fitness center in each of the three buildings. Things to know: Beach service included May - October *Guests should note that contractors will be on-site daily to repair all condos of damage sustained from Hurricane Sally due to begin on January 7th, 2021. This condo does have minor damage to the sheetrock and will require contractor entry. **Parking will be temporarily limited due to roof repairs through Fall 2020. The pool is currently closed due to roof repairs, and guests may experience construction noise. Parking Notes: 2 vehicles are allowed and 2 parking passes will be provided. Parking passes will be left in the unit for your arrival. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking lot across the street from the property Water Access: Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
