Easy and friendly check-in during a very nasty storm. Nice room. Awesome view. Clean. Very convenient to bridge access to beach and to coastal highway 98. Would definitely go back there and stay again.

This property has a lot of great things about it! Location, on the water with areas to sit and enjoy it (groupings of chairs, corn hole, fire pit, outdoor pool and BBQ), awesome breakfast, comfortable beds, and convenient parking. Only downfall was the rooms are older. Annoying things like the drain in the shower wouldn't stay up so we had to shove a wash cloth in the side of it so the drain would work, the door didn't have a seal on it so you could see daylight around it and we had a storm which caused it to shake like it was coming down, and the curtains don't close all the way so the room was far from dark. All in all, a great stay with a few inconveniences.

Our bathroom flooded 2-3 inches of water from showering. Our clothes were in the bathroom also on the floor. Ruined the whole trip. Then when we checked out they charged my card over 15 times different amounts harassing me

Rooms were under construction.. Staff downgraded my room without telling me and asked me to sign agreeing to a downgraded room without notifying me of the change. After asking them why the room was two queens instead of the king I had already called and confirmed they had... they only said sorry some other staff did that change because of the construction. I was not credited for this change and they notified me they would move me to a king room the next day however they never contacted me or offered to move me to the original room I paid for. The room I received had basically no weather stripping around the door so I heard all my neighbors conversations and a constant cold draft. The cheap laminate floor in the elevator is peeling up like it's from the 80's and had to ignore the banging noise from the elevator shaft whenever passing the second floor. If there's a slight breeze you can forget the fire pit outside, it looks nice but you will not feel any warmth from it. As for the positives- the restaurant next door is great.

Better the second time.
Much better than last year. I visit the area yearly and the motel was an improvement over last year. Cleaner, crisp and looks like a new coat of paint! It's clean and comfortable and I am already planning to stay again. It's close to everything, and it's on the water.

Holiday get away
Get away from the over eat over stressed Thanksgiving Holiday and enjoy the beach. The employees weren't upset when they had to work the holiday. They were freakin awesome.

The Most Relaxed Place in Florida
Such a great time in Navarre! This is a great little place to getaway and enjoy Florida. The staff was excellent, breakfast was good, the pool was the perfect temperature and the view of the water was spectacular! Absolutley will be back again. 👍

beach get away
Great get away trip with my wife. Pier, sand, ocean, seafood couldn't ask for anymore. Room was excellent, most rooms have some damage, ours had zero damage. Plus it was very comfortable. And hot coffee all day long just perfect. Full spread for breakfast was a great change from other hotels.

We had a few issues with our first room. We have stayed at this property for the past 6 years multiple times a year and this was the first time we had were not happy with a room. Once we voiced our concerns the staff was terrific and placed us in another room immediately. Love this hotel and have never been disappointed. All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

There was a pile of dirty towels left in the room, there was a used bar of soap left in the tub, and one of the beds smelled like the previous occupant's cologne so I'm pretty sure the bedding wasn't changed. We only stayed one night and we're very tired after the beach so we didn't bother to complain. We've stayed in cheaper hotels that were cleaner. Next time we'll just stay elsewhere.
