This beachfront condo is right next to the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, which is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. These condos are the closest walk to the Navarre beach restaurants, parks & boat ramp you can get! There are 3 pools and hottubs to choose from, as well as the only building with a store. The store has smoothies, snacks, sunscreen, souvenirs, beach/pool toys as well as basic grocery items. Let us know how we can make your vacation better! 100% refund if you cancel by 30 days before check in date. 50% refund (minus applicable service fees) if you cancel by 14 days before check in date. No refund if you cancel after 14 days before check in date.

Amazing Condo for a Much Needed Break!
This 3 BR/3BA condo was just beautiful. Much more spacious than even pictured. Very comfortable beds, clean throughout, and well appointed kitchen. Cable TV and DVD player in living room, and roku TVs + DVD players in the bedrooms. Full washer and dryer, beach chairs in the closet for use, and a closet full of beach/pool toys in bedroom with the twin beds. Easy access to the beach and pool. The property manager checked in with me and was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely stay again!

Best condo at the summerwind so far !!!
We come to Navarre once a year and always stay at the summerwind. This has been the best unit we stayed so far. It is a big unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is so much bigger than in the pictures. It has a walk in closet and a very nice bathroom. We loved the view waking up in the morning. The bedroom with the 2 twins has a closet full of beach toys and pool toys. Each bedroom has great closet space. The kitchen is well stocked. Fridge has a working ice maker and water dispenser. Full size washer and dryer. Big balcony with views from the Oceanside and sound side. We lucked out with the weather and luckily Delta didn’t hit the area. The pool and hot tub was clean and heated. We love the area. Tom Thumb right across the street that has basic groceries, alcohol and gas. Juana Beach bar and Restaurant has great seafood and awesome chicken wings. Windjammer on the pier have great views of the ocean and really good fish tacos. We didn’t care for The restaurant next to windjammer. We always take a drive down to Pensacola to eat at Crabs. Dewey Destin hat the best hush puppies and great fresh fish. We will definitely stay here again and we can only recommend this unit and great managment! Thank you again for a great vacation
