There were people working there that were hanging out with and talking to homeless people who had taken up residence in the parking lot and i didnt feel safe going to my room. There were couples loudly fighting. My room lost power to half of it the last day of my stay. I never felt less safe at a hotel.

Review of my stay.
I found the updates to the room to be alot nicer than most the hotels in the same ares. The are doing work to update the vicinity but it isnt a factor to your stay. Overall, id recommend the hotel for anyone needing a place to stay overnight or on a visit to town. Also, the staff was very kind during my stay.

Ladies traveling alone - beware.
Ladies traveling alone or even in a group of ladies - don’t stay here! I will never stay in this location again. Yes they are in a remodel and that was fine. The pictures that they have posted on the site are very deceiving. We registered 3 adults staying in the room, but they would only allow 2 sets of towels in the room at a time! The beds although the mattresses were fine - the actual frames and support of the beds were not. They clunked like kicking an aluminum trash can anytime anyone over 100 lbs moved on them. The whole situation was frustrating and I got complained on for being rude - I was not intentionally rude - I was frustrated and upset. I did apologize for coming off as rude. I truly regret booking this hotel and spending money there - next time I need a place - I will be going with a place that I can have privacy.

Comfortable stay
Like the renovation touches. The bed makes noise wen you move, the ceiling in bathroom needs painting, there was no clothibg rod in closet, and the bluelight blinked off and on. Overall nice accomadations.

Great stay!!
The property was under renovation, but the parts that were renovated were lovely..very clean with a very contemporary feel. The pool area was very nice and the pool itself was very crystal clear and clean!!

Extremely disgusting hotel room!
The hotel room was disgusting. The bathroom Was gross with blood on the celing. The floors were dirty as shown in the pictures. There were cockroaches all around and the beds were very uncomfortable! I booked a king bed but the room i got had 2 double beds. They're was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned at the time i booked the room. There was also holes in the wall with electrical wires exposed presenting a danger. The floors were very dirty and we got dirty feet just by walking on them.

Rooms were not ready for occupancy. Funiture was not complete. No hanging space for clothes.nothing to place suitcases on to access them. I know rooms are being renovated. Finish some and use them. All being unfinished is not good. Some did not even have a chair to sit on

Room was ok but floors were soaked-slippery.
You could tell the owners are trying to remodel and fix the place up. The floors were a type of laminate. At night they were soaking wet from condensation I think. I kept getting up to dry the floors with a towel so my daughter would not fall if she used the bathroom. Sorry for the owners on this problem because the flooring will not hold up and there will be potential falls which could lead to lawsuits. The room was very clean and basically paint on the walls and beds and a bathroom. Not anything else. Again could tell was in the process of remodeling and fixing up. Staff was nice and friendly.

Well, I got what I expected for the price. Main disappointment is that I got charged an early check-in fee which is understandable if I was super early, but I came in from out of town and it was less than an hour early, the room was ready. Lastly, I didn't get my deposit back for whatever reason, I'm assuming it was because I mentioned the early check-in fee during my feedback. I left the room perfectly intact and didn't use it much so no reason to lose out on $100 deposit.

I arrived in my room I had double beds and I sat on my bed and my daughters on the other one and a roach was on their bed. Left out the room for a minute and a spider on my bed. I asked for a refund they said I had to call Expedia they couldn’t get a refund on the first night but was able to get one for the remaining nights. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone terrible. I think I should have gotten all my money back we ended up going to another hotel it was spacious and nice👎

Below minimum requirements
The hotel is in the middle of renovations, i had 2 of the 3 lights blinking, there was no chairs, no desk, and no secure WIFI. I am not a person to do anything in bed but sleep, so i was not comfortable at all watching TV. I had to stand for 4 hours to complete 1/2 day of work, and use my cell for WIFI. It was very creepy walking around at night, as the pla e is not well lit. They ask for a $100 deposit if you stain or damages, and yet my bedspread had stains.

The staff was rude, the property was not what was pictured on the site. Nothing that was supposed to be free was there was no breakfast like stated when room was booked. At first glance it seems nice, they are doing some upgrades. But by the time we tried to go to bed it still had people in the pool making a lot of noise after 12am and the pool area is supposedly closed at 10pm, and their kids was running up and down the stairs also. I called the front desk and they said they would make sure that it wouldn’t happen again. But the next night, it had another group of people at the pool barbecuing and playing music to after 2:30am.

Do not stay here.
When I checked in, the fronf desk person was rude, when I found my room, the numbers were hand written on the windows with a marker, the doors were not safe, i immediately called hotels.com and tried to get my money back. I checked out a few hours later. The manager did not refund my money. Do not stay here.

Love the bathroom in our room! Floors are very nice, and the sunshade is so adorable with its Hawaiian beach scene. Pool area is nice. The area around is a lot of shopping mall type stores, large parking lots. You have to meander through a lot of it to get to the hotel parking lot. The area makes me a little jumpy.
