Half of it was spent without air conditioning, which was a major inconvenience. I don't understand why housekeeping is not reporting issues with items being broken prior to guest arrival. We tightened handles on pans, fixed knobs on dressers, doors coming off tracks. Other things like the bathtub handles and jet tub switch were reported, and handles were fixed, but told switch had to have part ordered, so jet tub was not used. Room AC unit was in and the inside part of those doors were coated with dryer lint/dust. Ibis did a great job of cleaning all of it out, so it should be good to go for a while. And the major issue of the motor in the AC unit not working! (Sun-Thurs AM). HVAC did get that fixed on the Thursday of our 1 week day. Checkout instructions would be nice to have prior to the day of checkout. I know it's not much, but when coordinating multiple families, just helps the flow. We did love the condo, love the area and would definitely stay here again, just had a rough disappointing trip this time. ##### Pam E. Unit needed some updates. We had a 4 bedroom unit and could only get 2 parking places. After paying over 7000$ for the week, they should allow at least enough parking, and not tell you to park 8 miles away for additional $. The lot was never full while we were there. We had 3 vehicles. Everything was very organized. Access around the facility from condo, to pool, to cabana, to beach was VERY easy. Everything was very clean and some things like the furniture had been updated from prior reviews. There were some small things that needed updated like broken hooks in the bathroom and peeling paint and damaged drywall, but overall very happy with the facility. Chair service was available beachside thru a local company but no advance coordination needed and they set our group of eight up in the same spot for us every day…this was great. The cabana was not what we were expecting as it was a small room beside the pool, but it ended up being very convenient to keep beach toys, etc and could lock it up if needed. Great accessibility to the beach and stunning views from our living room. Easy check in and check out. Good proximity to dining and grocery needs. Wish weather would have been a bit warmer, as the large pool was not heated during our time (late March). The smaller heated pool was always full of young kids. Liked having a trash shoot right off our condo and dedicated elevator system with lots of carts available for use. Improvement ideas would be: provide enough wrist bands for all guests in the condo...we only got 4 for the 11 registered guests in our condo, more bath/kitchen towels, hot pads for the oven (there were none) games/cards in the unit, and beach towels...otherwise it was a perfect week. Easily fit our 6 adults and 5 children. Overall, we were very happy and would return. ##### Jody L. ---
