It is on the same level as the pool, which is super convenient but is loud at night. That wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. There's a set of stairs right outside the balcony door that leads to the beach access. The ice machine was right next to the unit as well. The price reflects the condo. It needs some upgrades like a new mattress, better lighting in the bathroom and an insulated front door to help decrease the outside noise. It is on the same balcony as the pool and the ice machine is very close to the front door. Despite the noise we really did have a great stay at the beach! I’m not sure I would stay in this condo again, but I will definitely be back to Perdido Key. Stay was great, but the mattress was awful. Needs to be replaced. Lock on the door going onto the balcony was tricky to lock, but figured out a trick to it so that was fine. ##### Ricky L.
