But we knew this because we used to own at this address. As an owner/investor we always went the extra mile to pay attention to every detail so guests would have the ultimate experience. I could tell that this unit was well used, and basically an investment only and could have been stocked with more amenities and extras specifically in the kitchen and outdoor furniture etc. My reason for 4 stars is that and some communication issues about Wi-Fi and check in. And it is not on the beach side it is on the BAY side. You think you are paying for the beach and you get the bay. Pretty much false advertisement. So hard to lug all your beach stuff, ice chest, chairs etc. all the way down and across the street. We wanted to have a place to come to every year, unfortunately it won’t be here.
