This family-friendly coastal condo offers guests the main bedroom, a guest bedroom, and an air mattress that's better than any mattress you've ever slept on should you need extra sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you'll need to create a wonderful meal. You'll also find Corian countertops and a convenient blender to prepare the most refreshing and delicious cocktails. There is plenty of seating at the dining table to grab a sandwich or a seafood meal you've created–this table can seat up to six people and the breakfast bar adds three more stools for extra dining space. However, this beachfront condo also offers guests the convenience of dining al fresco with an outdoor dining area for four people on the balcony. With a whirlpool tub in the main bathroom, you can relax after a long day at the beach. Guests who decide to book this charming coastal abode will be granted access to a series of shared amenities that include a sparkling outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a hot tub. Emerald Isle is the place to be on Pensacola Beach with two beachfront pools and an easy walk to the powder sand of the Gulf of Mexico. With wonderful area shopping and the best restaurants around you are centrally located to everything Pensacola Beach has to offer. Things to know: Snowbird-friendly! \*\*PLEASE BE ADVISED that the small pool is scheduled for resurfacing beginning January 5th and continuing through January 11th. During this period, the small heated pool will be closed to all residents and guests while this necessary maintenance is completed. As with any outdoor project, weather may affect these dates. \*\*PLEASE NOTE\*\* ​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks. Work Schedule and Site Activity • Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. • In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m. • Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation. Access and Wait Times During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion. We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 10. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It's the furthest tall hotel looking building from the pier/restaurants/water tower, but it's still a walkable distance to all of that. The unit was clean, and it was decorated very nicely. My girlfriend loved it. Check in/check out was all code based, and it was very easy to deal with. One thing I didn't see mentioned in any of the info I received was that the local beach umbrella/chair rental company offers some free rentals for certain rooms in this building. They set up the chairs every morning, and you just have to tell them your room number. If we had known about this offer, we wouldn't have even packed our umbrella and chairs. Minor irk: the water on the front of the refrigerator comes out so SLOWLY, like nearly 10 minutes to fill up a 32 oz. bottle. ##### Nathan B. The condo was great the access to the beach was wonderful. We did not use the pool but it looked great. We were only there for a couple of days but the only real disappointing thing was not with our condo but with the building as only one of the two elevators are working and there was always a wait. But we will definitely stay here again. The accommodations were top notch! ##### Shawn S. The front door code was wrong and we we weren't the only ones. Our condo wasn not ready at the agreed upon time. The condo itself was clean with awesome views. I tried unsuccessfully for several days to get a parking pass. A call to Vacasa, who contacted property manager quickly solved the issue. . Several towel bars missing. Icemaker was frosted over. It was right in the beach. The beach was not crowded. The condo was great for me and 2 friend girl trip for a wedding. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very clean.
