Very clean, everything you need to cook, TVs in all three rooms. King bed had a soft mattress and the other mattress was more firm. Beautiful view from the patio: pond, pool, and bay. Ft. Pickens was close and the Blue Angels practice was phenomenal. There are 17 steps for you to climb, in case you have a handicap. It would be nice to have toilet paper and paper towels supplied, atleast a few rolls versus just one roll. One thing we loved was the location! Just steps from the bay area to one side and the beach on the other side. A short drive to Fort Collins and some areas of low traffic beach access in one direction and all the food and shopping you want in the other! The outside of the building doesn’t look like much, but the inside was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our little family. It was our first vacation as a family of 3\. Loved the fact that this unit was a little ways down the beach. It made for a quiet trip, with a nice easy walk to enjoy the beach.
