Come enjoy Pensacola Beach in the perfect location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright, cheery and beautifully decorated. You are so close to the beach that you can even watch the kids from the balcony while they play in the pool or in the sand. This unit has flat screen TVs, WiFi internet access and so much more. Emerald Isle condos are within walking distance to all the best shops, restaurants and attractions on the beach.

Things to know
**PLEASE NOTE**
​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice view and location

Beautiful view (not sure why it says partial view?) Kitchen counters and appliances seem to be new as well as flooring, spacious rooms. Furniture and throw pillows need some updating. When we checked in TV was not working, contacted vacasa and a new Roku was hooked up but not until noon the next day and they did not reply that they had received my message. Nice pool and hot tub. Gated parking.

Great Place!

Very easy to get in contact with someone to ask questions; they responded to text within minutes. Our only complaint is that there is no ice maker in the freezer. The condo was very clean and spacious! Plenty of bath towels, a box fan, and extra blankets. Will stay again!

It was a nice place overall. The washer is quite loud as is normal so it would’ve been nice if both laundry doors were functional to buffer some of the noise. Having a bedside lamp would be convenient. The employees working on the vehicle gate were quite rude when we politely mentioned that the pedestrian gate wasn’t working for us.

The furniture was dirty and some broken, the kids bedroom didn't have a television, the blinds in the master bedroom were not functioning correctly. We stay here several times a year and we have never been disappointed until this trip. Very disappointed.

Code for lobby never worked called several times. Kept telling me to try again. Talked to several other people there had same problem. Room was nice but fan and lights in master did not work. Also bath door would not lock.

The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars was because it was dated. Other then that we were completely happy staying here. Will be back again.

Terrible Experience

This Condo Unit is in terrible condition. First things first.... The sofa's had stains all over them(disgusting!) All the appliances were rusted, the oven inside looked like dried chemicals on the walls, the shower head levers were impossible to raise and engage, the caddy's in the bathrooms were rusted, no roller wheels were on the vacuum, the bed tables were water damaged, the kitchen table had stains all over them, all the kitchen chair cushions were stained, called housekeeping for extra towels to place on the sofa's(to cover stains) took 4 days to get those, no non-slip mats for the garden tub showers, patio furniture had mold growing on the back of the chairs, etc., etc., etc.... Never consider this unit ever again!!!!

Great location in need of some TLC

Emerald Isle is a wonderful property. Convenient to shopping, dining and tbd beautiful beach. The unit is spacious but in desperate need of some updating and TLC. I’d stay at Emerald Isle again but in a different unit until the owners invest in an overhaul. The second floor placement is perfect. There are so many wonderful things that the complex overall offers. Sadly, the disrepair of this unit overshadowed the overall fabulous amenities.

A Little Basic, but Great Overall

We are Pensacola natives and stopped here for a couple nights enroute to Tallahassee. There’s a lot to be said for this place! The location is unbeatable- adjacent to the public beach but still private. Highly walkable to restaurants and the few stores on the island. The pool(s) are absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean, and large. Every room in the complex has a balcony with the same fantastic view, and I loved that there was a balcony door both on the main bedroom and the living area. Cons: the beds were a little stiff, and I think the practice of providing one trash bag and laundry detergent, etc for an entire stay is a little stingy. It practically guarantees a grocery run in the middle of vacation. I do appreciate that you advise it before booking so that one can prepare, but placing a box of trash bags in the condo would not be such a great expense. Next, the TV situation is impossible. Not even the teenagers could get it to work, and that’s saying something. We ended up just not watching TV. Finally, we’d have liked it disclosed that the annual pressure washing was taking place, it was hours of tremendous noise and walking through puddles, and getting sprayed trying to get to the elevator. All that being said, this place on balance is easily the best beach stay we’ve had in the last 5 years of annual trips, and we will be back next year for a longer stay.

Great place on the beach for great price.

Booked late, as weren’t picky about exact location. Location was great, management team gave us early check-in, but access code didn’t work. 5-10 minutes on the phone and new access code worked. Had an issue with small sugar ants in the kitchen. Vacasa offered to send exterminator, but we asked them to take care of it after we checked out. Condo was just like pics on website, we would stay here again.
