It was a little cool when we were there but we still managed to get in some R&R on the balcony. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds good appliances. Gate wasn’t functional on arrival but property attendant was headed out to let someone else in as well so didn’t wait long. Carts for luggage nice touch. Fantastic location for surrounding area/activities. Quiet in building. Definitely hear street noise. Photos out of date on furniture. The running toilets are loud. Would be nice to have actual blankets. Chilly at night. Could live with all that but was greeted by giant cockroach when entered in foyer/hallway after nice evening out. Check in instructions were completely inaccurate and we were finally able to get in with the help of a total stranger. (The “CALL”button does not call anywhere) The toilet in master bathroom is broken. Had to keep lid off the toilet tank and flush manually the entire trip. (Gross) Balcony door does not lock. Other than that, the home was very comfortable, with all amenities we needed. That said, the on-site fitness center/gym and kayaks were not accessible. They were not listed as amenities in the ad so can’t complain. It would have been nice to use though. Location is PERFECT. Getting in and out of the gate were tricky though and eventually we figured out that to exit the property, someone has to exit the vehicle, walk around to the pedestrian exit, use the key fob to open the gate, then someone else has to drive through the gate before it closes on your car, and then jump in to the car. I don’t see how one person would be able to get in or out without their car getting smashed. We might come back for the location and secure feeling at the condo. ##### Jenny P. Also, wish check in info was sent at the beginning of the week, like most VRBO’s. I am a planner & not knowing until the day before we left stressed me out.
