We enjoyed our stay, condo is as pictured. The check in/out process is very simple. My only complaint was that we were not given the lobby code upon check-in. I went back through everything that was sent to doubt check and it was not there. I also saw another review mentioning this. If we would have came in super late like we initially thought we would have, we would have had to take the stairs with all our luggage. We arrived late in the night and didn’t realize we needed a code to enter the lobby, so we had to lug our luggage up 4 flights of stairs . We had to ask for the lobby code which should have been provided with the check in information.
