"Walked in and actually felt at home with the knick knacks on the counter and people having casual conversations with the receptionist and they let me leave my trailer parked locked up perfectly in front of cameras that they showed me would be the safest spot while I ran errands the next morning! Perfect place to stay and can't recommend enough!"

"It was a nice hotel. Got a noise complaint from the other guest staying in an adjoining room from us. They did not verify our “noise” before calling us and asking us to quiet down. "To be completely honest split Rock is really outdated and in need for upgrades. For one the water that comes out of the room faucets is kinda yellow. The furniture was kind of falling apart. The movie theater played the movie and everything just shut down Midway with no explanation why. The pool tables in the billiards room are all broken up. The parking lot has holes throughout so expect a bumpy ride when around the property. There is no food options during the week at all. Was kind of disappointed Will probably not be back here but if you're looking for a cheap place...... go for it. "

"We had a great time and the house is very impressive and ideal for entertaining. However, there were cleanliness issues and a lot of things left unfixed and/or out of order (i.e.: mini fridge in bar area didn't work, the pool was freezing the whole time, unfilled soap dispensers, ceiling appeared to have blood or wine splatter all over it in the living room, sauna wasn't available for use, tons of cigarette butts in the backyard, etc. etc.) We also were denied both early and late checkout yet the crew was still there at 4 PM cleaning up when we arrived for check-in.Overall, the property is amazing and the place is beautiful, there were just some things that needed improvement."
