We informed staff and they promised to go and knock to his door, but I am not sure if they did, and othing changed. Other than that it would be a good stay, they even provided us with a mini fridge which my daughter needed for her medicaments, and this was great help. So overall hitel is good, if you are lucky to the other guests "
