"What a stunning place! Sandrine greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The ensuite room was small but perfectly appointed for our stay. There was a lovely lounge with comfy sofas amd a TV. The outside space was beautiful, with ample seating for ourselves and other guests. We didn't take a dip in the pool but it looked so inviting. "I rented three single rooms for my mother, my sister and I. The rooms are small. They’re just what you need. Everything is clean. They were comfortable little views of older buildings. I went with the option to include breakfast. It was a nice breakfast at a very reasonable price. Grateful to make the start of our day so easy. There is a pool we did not go because it started to rain. It looked very nice. Up the street and around the corner is the castle. It’s in a great location. It’s easy walking distance to your favorite sites. It is also a destination for motorcycle riders. They have a garage. There are some neighborhood cats that are really cute I recommend"

"Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. The place is totally unspoilt so much to do around. You definitely need a car to get round. We came to the area to visit family, without that we would have never known about it. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the real Portugal. One last mention would be for Manuel, his attention to the property from making sure we had everything we needed, watering the grounds everyday. He’s a real asset to the property. "Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"
