Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly
