Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa

Malin House
10/10 Excellent
"Room was larger than usual for a single room and the fridge and tv were very useful additions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so don't expect Travelodge or Premier Inn. Hotel itself had a lot of character, almost South of France rather than South of Wales, and at times it felt like being back in the 1970s, in a good way."

The Imperial Hotel

"Great location, good standard of accommodation and consistently excellent staff. All staff we interacted with at check in and at breakfast were professional, well trained and very friendly :)"

Lovesgrove Country Guest House
10/10 Excellent
"The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The whole property was modern, very well presented and exceptionally clean. A large, spacious room with comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Great location, close to castles and beaches. We would stay there again if holidaying in Pembrokeshire."

The Lord Nelson Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we went during a heat wave, and the old building is not well equipped for the heat (neither is our own home; not the hotel’s fault). When we asked for fans for our room the staff provided them - the only thing I’d change is having them readily available instead of having to ask. The fans did not provide much relief but they got us through the very warm night. The staff were friendly and helpful."

Portclew House
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful country home in beautiful gardens with excellent parking and spacious rooms. Lady at breakfast was friendly and helpful. Didn’t see any other staff as on arrival keys are left ready for you. This system ran smoothly as a confirmation with instructions was sent on booking. However, staff availability might have been useful regarding what’s close by where to eat. Unfortunately the closest pub was closed and Jacks bar which is walkable but a tough hill home, was too busy to serve food. Taxis very difficult to get so needed to drive to the Dial inn which was a lovely pub with lovely food, I would advise you to book first"

The Town Crier

"Prime location for central access. Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them. Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. Booked a table for food for the evening, singer and music fairly loud so unable to talk at normal levels with accompaying family so decided to eat elsewhere for better ambience, which was a shame. Manager on initial arrival friendly, attentive, introduced himself and offered anything to make our stay more comfortable. Overall a great location, and fairly good room but requiring refining of detail, cleanliness and hospitality service for guests."

Old Kings Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I was very pleased with my room as a single traveller. The staff were polite, helpful and respectful at all times. The parking was great, plenty of spaces and space for everyone to use. The food was good quality no ping meals here. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice."
