"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional, Chris especially made our day with his kindness and attention. We were lucky to have a beautiful mountain view, and our king-size room with a sofa and fireplace made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and both the valet and bellman teams were professional and welcoming, especially Tom. The management clearly runs a great operation, everything felt seamless. The location is perfect as well, with plenty of shops nearby and easy walking access to the gondola. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you !"

"Very little furniture on balcony (1 bench) . It would be nice to sit out on the balcony and relax in the early evening but wooden bench not very inviting or comfortable. Steff throughout the lodge are polite, friendly and helpful. Alsways smiling. Bed was comfortable and pillows and housecoats very lovely."

"The room was not comfortable and also the exhaust wasn’t working inspite of informing the front staff they didn’t want to do anything about it. We were informed it’s based on humidity factor however the fan was never working the whole stay no matter the humidity "
