Good location beautiful surroundings. Restaurant & breakfast is good. Caloundra beach is 15 mins drive- good hotel for families.

Free under cover parking was handy however stayed 3 nights and the room was not attended to once and the receptionist is not allowed to check you in, you have to check in on your phone that she sends you while your standing at the counter . Ok for some, not for the elderly couple Next to me who were getting quite upset and anxious not being able to access on thier old android phone and the receptionist was unable to do it for them. Unable to order room service due to covid however you could still go down stairs and order food and pay then they would bring the food up to your room anyway ?

The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment as soon as possible. The property feels extremely old and tired with a musty smell throughout. The dirty room was not cleaned properly and we purchased bleach to clean ourselves. The staff do not wear uniforms and are hard to identify. We cannot recommend this property and will not return. A quick google search shows 12 owners trying to sell their units within Sebel which is evidence or poorly managed body corporate.

The Pelican Waters resort is located right next to Pelican Waters Golf Course, which enables quick and easy access when having a game. If golf isn't on the agenda, the resort's location results in easy trips to the great beaches of Caloundra, plus visitors can shop for supplies locally at the nearby shopping centre. Being upgraded to an apartment was an unexpected bonus and the staff at both the resort and golf course were welcoming and keen to provide high quality service.
