"The only disappointing aspect of our stay was an interaction at checkout with a front desk employee named Autum. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude and condescending, which is especially disheartening during an early 6:20 AM departure.I had a simple question regarding the valet charges, as we were billed twice despite the car not being moved. It felt somewhat misleading, as “valet parking” typically implies an active service, rather than a static parking charge over multiple days. Rather than offering clarification with professionalism and understanding, the interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant.I shared that the front desk experience is both the first and last impression of a stay, and it truly sets the tone — which is why a more gracious approach would make such a difference.That said, I still felt it was important to leave a five-star review because the manager was exceptional. He handled a minor issue with our room lock with care, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. His level of service reflects the standard the resort deserves to be known for.Overall, this is a beautiful property, and I would absolutely return and recommend it to friends and family. My hope is simply that all guest-facing interactions reflect the same level of excellence demonstrated by the management team."

"Beautiful home that was perfect for our SB vacation getaway with 4 senior girls and 3 moms. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. We loved every minute of our week and had the best weather. If we are in the Naples area again would absolutely stay here again. Centrally located to everything. "

"Fairways Inn of Naples was really nice! Room was large, clean, and comfortable with all bathing necessities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, shower gel, makeup removal wipes). Front office offered coffee, bottled water, and bagged cookies. Vending machines on site as well. Nice continental breakfast was included. Pool was clean and refreshing. We were really impressed and would definitely recommend!!"

"This was our second time staying at The White Cottage and we loved it. Wonderful place! Marion is an outstanding, very responsive host!"

"The house is located in a nice area and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pans (some of which needed thrown away) and whatever is needed to cook. One or two of the beds could have been a little more comfortable. There were beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler for use at the beach. We enjoyed the pool area and the pool felt warm the first couple of days but colder the end of the week. The house is a little outdated and could have been cleaned better (bathrooms). Before we arrived, we were told there was a code for the door and a key under the mat. The keypad worked but there was no key. I contacted the rental agency and was told they “disappear” which didn’t make us feel very safe. I did ask for an additional lock for inside the front door for safety which they did accommodate. Not sure if everyone who comes to the house gets the same code or not. "
