Just an overnight stop on route to Poland and Lithuania !! Hotel was good just one issue there was no water to shower or wash in the morning in the whole of hotel , the maintenance was working on the issue was told at reception it was due to drought, but no reduction was offered or free breakfast given to compensate!!

Fantastic location, just off motorway. Perfect stop while travelling. Everything was perfect, the beds, the shower. Very friendly staff too. The night reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located hotel
Stayed here for one night whilst travelling across Germany. Arrived relatively late and check-in was fast and efficient. Plenty of free parking with no height restrictions. Hotel reception area is nice enough, little dated in places (i.e. the lifts). Twin room was great, larger than normal sized beds and very comfortable. Only complaint bed sheets were not very soft at all. Reception was very helpful and the free coffee downstairs is a nice touch. Would stay again.

The check in & check out, was smooth. Covid 19 Protocols were followed. The room was exactly like the pictures, clean and functional. Parking was easily available on site.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and quiet at night. Good stop if driving from Warsaw to London - easy to find off the motorway. Unable to comment on the bar and restaurant as closed due to COVID. Nearest German traditional restaurants are 2km away unfortunately; nearest restaurant was 'Asian' which I skipped...

Lovely clean hotel and close to shops
Went to visit my Aunt in hospital, this was the closest, cheapest hotel nearest the hospital. Staff were very knowledgeable, room lovely and clean and all you could want. Only drawback when asked member of staff taxi fares to Hanover airport was told about 60-80 euros so we asked them to book us a taxi for the following morning. 98 EUROS!!!!!! Should have booked 'Hello' taxis who quoted us 69 euros.

Good location just off the motorway.
Under staffed and miserable staff due to being over worked.. the bar and getting a beer with me being the only person in the bar at the time took ten minutes without apologies... same lady on at breakfast on her own bless her even though she is miserable I can’t actually blame her for that!!! Every table at breakfast was not cleared due to again, lack of staff... it was awful... I travel an awful lot and I think The Best Western chain is probably the worst of the lot...

Great place in every respect. Stayed overnight whilst travelling through Germany. Lovely room , pleasant staff. Close to autobahn and good parking. Will stay again and will recommend.

Convenient and comfortable hotel
We stayed at this hotel twice, on a drive to and from Berlin. It was very close to the main route, with easy parking, good food and a lovely room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke English. Whilst this hotel is not a holiday hotel, we would definitely recommend this as a stopover or short stay hotel and would have no hesitation in booking a stay with them in the future.

Close to the A2
We stayed just the one night on our way from Poland to the UK (Returning home). We arrived at 1am and the night porter was the friendliest chap who spoke excellent English. There was a problem with my reservation but he quickly established there was no real problem, gave us the key to the room and we crashed fro the remainder of the night. The room was very comfortable with two double beds -perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. In the morning the breakfast was plentiful and the hot dish was great (bacon, sausage, scrambled or boiled egg) with a great choice of hams cheeses pastries, bread etc for those who don't want hot food. The only negative was that the daytime receptionist seemed to be a mood young cow -no smile or please or thank you, but I assume there was a reason for that, maybe she just received some bad news or was just bored doing her job. It didn't spoil our visit as we were soon on the road to drive home. This Hotel is close to the A2 but with the window closed you don't hear it -and we were on the same side as the motorway. My wife opened the window part way through the night as it was hot in the night (had been 32c in the day) and even then the noise from the motorway was just a distant hum. At the price of 65 euro's fopr the room its a bargain, however the charge for breakfast for four soon bumps the cost up to 100 euros' which let's face it is still a bargain even by UK standards (Premier Inn etc)

Ok, but some things to watch out for.
The Location is ok. Price feels slightly high for value... The odour in the alley and room is funny. Smells like worn out, but doesn't look like being worn out. If they fix the odour, it might be a great place. Many truckers around. Tip to management: do NOT let sit guests at your entrance as a sort of makeshift terrace with beer and beer bottles. That makes the entrance really uncomfortable looking. Especially when those guests are drunk... Prime room was ok. Spacey and good working free Internet.

Es ist super ungünstig nachts niemanden zu erreichen der einen bei Verlust der Karte ins Zimmer lässt. So etwas sollte bei so einem Hotel nicht sein, vor allem wenn mit 24h Service geworben wird.

Unser Hotel bietet tatsächlich einen 24-Stunden-Rezeptionsservice. Aufgrund eines hohen Krankenstandes musste die Nachtschicht kurzfristig mit einem Mitarbeiter einer Sicherheitsfirma besetzt werden. Der Generalschlüssel steht allen unseren Mitarbeiter immer zur Verfügung. Hôtel juste ce qu’on peut appeler correct. Impossible de dire que la chambre était propre: toiles d’araignées, poussière, chaussettes toutes sales quand on marche sans chaussures, les mûres tachées. L’accueil froid. Chambre réservée : lit double, je me retrouve avec deux lit simple. Bref ce petit séjour n’a pas été mon meilleur.

Hôtel très pratique
Hôtel est très bien situé à la sortie d'autoroute, donc pratique pour une étape. L'établissement est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses personnel très agréable. L'hôtel accepte les animaux pour 5€ par nuit. Le seul hic est qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place à part pour le petit-déjeuner, donc lorsqu'on souhaite dîner il faut se rendre en centre-ville en voiture soit marcher 15 minutes jusqu'à un restaurant asiatique situé un peu plus loin.

Et sted at sove.
Godt brugt hotel, trænger virkelig til en håndværker. Ikke muligt at få en kop kaffe kl 17, uden at den har stået på en kande i 3 timer. Værelset var ok, men resten virkede mere som et håndværker-motel. Desværre er der kun mulighed for morgenmad på hotellet. Personalet virkede som var de ikke eksisterende. ⭐
