"We had a wonderful stay. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the fire in the lounge room. We loved the rural setting whilst also doing a day trip to Edinburgh."

"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! The room is basic but equipped with all the essentials (private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen sink, and fridge). It’s perfect for use as a home base while spending your days out and about. It is very close to a bus stop, about a 4 min walk, which gives easy connection to the rest of the city. The family is very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. "

"Really pleased with our stay. Really nice Bungalow style property, decorated elegantly. Angela was fantastic, met us at the property, showed us where everything was and how everything worked."

"The property was just OK. Shower was weak with minimal water flow. Property could use improvements such as adding a step to the sliding patio door (about a 1.5 foot to ground). Sleeps six if you include the couch but only 2 dbl beds and 1 single. No outside photos of property."
