Ideally located, the villa is just a short drive from Denia, the beach, and various shopping opportunities. Despite its central location, the house is peaceful and secluded – perfect for relaxation and unwinding. With approx. 200 m² of living space, the villa offers generous accommodation for up to 8 guests. The fully fenced private plot of approx. 900 m² features a beautifully maintained garden, a private pool (approx. 4 × 8 m), and several sunny terraces. Completed in June 2019, the house was built to a high standard and is stylishly furnished with new, high-quality furniture and lovingly selected decorative elements. Upper Floor – Living with a View The bright and spacious living room on the upper floor impresses with large panoramic windows that showcase the stunning scenery and sea views. The adjoining dining area opens onto a 25 m² terrace with a cozy lounge corner (sofa & small table) – ideal for relaxing evenings. A comfortable TV area with Smart TV and satellite reception offers additional space to unwind. Das Haus ist super: groß, sauber und mit zwei großen Terrassen, einem Pool und einem Trampolin für die Kids. Das Haus liegt am Hang und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, das sehr ruhig und erholsam ist. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in 20Min. die Strände von Denia oder Javea und in 60Min. Valencia. Die Lage bietet also viele Möglichkeiten. Die Vermieter Patricia und Urs sind super nett und helfen sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. We stayed in a lot of houses but this beautiful house was by far the best one we ever rented. Perfect house to rent with family or friends to have the most chill week ever. We can’t describe how amazing the view is. It is like a painting, watching Monet at sunset ;-). Every morning we had breakfast at the huge sundeck and grilled in the evening. You can go for a walk true the orange fields surrounding the house. There isn’t much to do in the village, but we didn’t need that. You can go to Javia or Dénia for dinner or to the beach (20 min drive). We made a day trip to Valencia (1 hour drive). But most of the time we stayed at the house enjoying the amazing view and pool. The house is very clean, modern, everything you need is there. Patricia and her husband are very helpful! Every detail is perfect, both inside and outside the house. The pool is spectacular, as are the views from practically everywhere. The terrace overlooking the valley and sea is breathtaking. We will miss it, and we will be back. The owners are wonderful people, and very professional and friendly. So competent.
