"Minha estadia no hotel foi boa, quarto limpo, organizado, fui bem atendida na recepção. Sugiro apenas que tenha interfone no quarto para contato com a recepção e a água do chuveiro ser mais forte. No mais, dou nota 8 para o hotel. "

Quarto com as paredes completamente mofadas, a cama que seria de casal, nem poderia ser considerada para solteiros, colchão um pedaço de espuma velha, baratas por todo canto, banheiro nojento demais.
Não conseguimos ficar nem dez minutos naquele lugar, pegamos nossas coisas e saimos daquele lugar pavoroso.
Questionei o reembolso da diaria, mas nem deram resposta, porem nem fiz questão, só queria sair daquele lugar,...
"Great view from the rooftop pool area. Parking is available, but located around the corner from hotel entrance. Shops and supermarket near by were convenient. Breakfast was good with multiple options daily. Rooms were very basic without hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, or shower caps. Overall a good hotel downtown Vitória."

"Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards."

"They didn't speak English if you're American. So hopefully you speak Portuguese. I do so it wasn't a problem. Just remember in Brazil they use their key card to turn the power on to the room as you come into the door on the wall. You stick the key in the slot then the power turns on. For Americans this is different. Just don't forget your key when you leave. "
