"Nous avons réserver deux nuits pour faire suite a un long voyage
A notre arrivée les clefs étaient dans un boîtier et la chambre prête
Tout était parfait...la table du petit déjeuner prête...Vous avez un micro ondes et un réfrigérateur dans la cuisine commune...

"Lovely large rooms right in the middle of Taormina, but nice and peaceful once in the garden.
Friendly welcome from Rohin and all the team are friendly and helpful.
Yes you will hear noise from the street early in the morning, but for a couple of days, that's fine. You're in one of the busiest tourist spots you'll ever visit.
We would stay again. Great value for the location."

"While the location is very busy, the accomodations were great. Particularly noteworthy, the hotel has the best host, Simona, in Europe. She speaks multiple languages, was extremely helpful. and has a great sense of humor. She was the primary driver of the 5 star rating. Additionally, the accomodations were clean and convenient for downtown night life and was easy access to catch the bus to the airport."

"Met on arrival, shown the code to enter the property. Lovely airy en-suite room. Minibar fridge was useful for my own purchases. Coffee shop (901 cafe) on the same street only €2.50 for cappuccino and pastry. A got the Alibus from the airport to the Stesicoro stop on Via Etnea. Same stop returning to airport. Only a 10 minute walk to the “Hotel”.
Room was spotless, bed was really comfortable. I was in a single room (4). There was a coffee machine in the common area, plus a microwave although I...

"Nice room with balcony. Unfortunately noisy traffic. Bed not that comfortable. We left before breakfast but host good enough to loan us coffee machine. Location close to restaurants and other shops"

Four Points by Sheraton Catania Hotel & Conference Center
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was amazing beautiful property, very nice room, beautiful views, delicious food, but the best part were the people! We were treated like family. Thank you Annamaria, Mario, Alfonzo, Stefano, Salvo, Anna, Antonella, Maria Lucia, Leo, and many more who went above and beyond to welcome us with joy. We will never forget you. Hopefully we will see you again. Ciao! ❤️"
"this hotel is a treasure. The proprietor and his staff are wonderful and gracious. There is even a dog on site. Be aware it is not close to the beach by foot and is down the hill from Tower Meena so you need a car or will rely on taxis. You may be very glad you stayed outside of the city walls because it is calm and beautiful here."
"Location was beautiful. Property was outstanding. Room was stunning. Definitely 5 star elements. Be mindful that the hotel is on the water in Capotaormina and the town of Taormina is quite a hike uphill to get to. Hotel offers free shuttle service, but it's not continuous (gaps out for a few hours after lunch for some reason) and you need to reserve a seat there and back. The public bus is very convenient to take you there, but you need to be mindful of what stop to go to when you leave the hotel (there are two). Use the front desk, although they aren't as helpful as one would expect from this type of property. Even though this was the most 'luxury' of the hotels on our trip (5 hotels), the breakfast wasn't up to par."
"A grand hotel with excellent service. Pool and surroundings lovely. It's a relaxing and quiet area with very few local bars and restaurants within walking distance and 7 km out of the centre of Catania."
"We arrived at 1pm and were told our room would be available at 2pm. Then more guests arrived and they too were told their rooms would be available at 2pm. I mean, you can't have 3 rooms all done at the same time so if you don't want folks checking in before 2pm, just say so.
We requested help with our luggage as we didn't want to drag our bags from the parking lot to the reception (a few mins walk on very bumpy, cobbled grounds), and had to wait a good 15mins for the "bellboy" to show up, after asking reception a few times for an update. Apparently, their luggage trolley was in use so the bellboy just dragged our luggage anyway. Turns out, their staff was using the one luggage trolley this big resort had!
We returned at 5pm to check in, and while our room was ready, no one bothered to move our luggage into the room. We picked them up ourselves and dragged them through the resort and up to the second floor. I should note we had to go into the backroom to find our own luggage too since the staff was super helpful [insert sarcasm]!
The room was waaay below average. It looked like something from a cheap saudi prince mansion from the 90s, only the walls were bare, the furniture cheap and the bathroom... oh gawd the smell of bleach was horrible! It was old, with grey stains on the tiled floors and I used that shower out of desperation only!
The whole resort screams wannabe luxury in the lobby and reception and stops there. Do not recommend!"
