Villa Cosmia is a historic wine estate 15-minute walk from Peccioli, winner of the Most Beautiful Village in Italy 2024 award. In a 30 hectare parc of gardens, groves and vineyards, the 100 square meter gate house apartment is located on the first floor of a historic farm and has a private balcony and garden and consists of a large lounge with kitchen and dining room and of a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and spare bed for a child.
