"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

"We stayed here in early January and it was amazing. The staff were very helpful, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for a family of three. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - so much choice! Good location of hotel - 20min walk to Tower area & 10mins to train station. Room was a decent size - large bed. Personally, I found it too hot and stuffy (even in Feb) but staff provided fan. Quite a lot of noise from lift/stairs area carried into room (and thumping overhead). Probably won’t put off a return - but would request different room."
