We picked this place mostly because it was one of the only places I could cancel last minute just in case! We were so pleased with our rooms, the location, and amenities of our stay! Will definetly look into staying here again next time!

A bit surprised by the quality given the massive price tag. The room was noisy and cold with no heat & the bed was uncomfortable. We were really disappointed in the room. The shining light was a lovely bartender who was very pleasant. Carmel is worth the stop but try staying elsewhere.
